Our organic garden was very successful this year due to some careful planning coupled with a lot of soil and plant research. Our pepper plants were particularly successful and produced bountiful yields all season due in part to some great weather but mostly the custom made soil mixture. Transplanted into almost pure composted steer manure, our  little pepper plants soon turned into pepper trees and produced fruits for us that were even larger and tastier than the ones we found at the local farm market! Here’s what we did with some of the bell peppers… Enjoy the photos!
