I’ve been craving a good burger recently so the solution today was to break out the cast iron griddle and make ‘super smash’ burgers… as I like to call them. These burgers are made using the freshest and tastiest ground beef and are served well browned on the outside and medium-rare on the inside, but they also have the most amazing crumbly texture, especially around the edges! I’ve never worked as a chef before, but if I ever own my own restaurant one day these simple burgers will be a regular menu item. Enjoy the photos!
