We got the inspiration for this recipe from chef Raj, a friend of ours who will soon be opening a restaurant in downtown Vancouver. Since trying his chilli chutney for the first time it has become one of our favorite spicy condiments! We find that  enjoying it on a regular basis is not only exhilarating but is also a great way to use up some of the chillies we have been growing in our container garden this year. Enjoy the photos!
